New Client Consultations:

The first step in pet sitting is to schedule a complimentary & no obligation consultation. This meeting will give you the chance to meet your Pet Nanny and give the Pet Nanny an opportunity to meet the owner(s) & pets.

Some pets are very friendly and may become acquainted right away. Others may be shy and take some time to warm up. These are things we would like learn about your pets. It is important to know their likes, dislikes, favorite toys, hiding place, even their aggressions and fears.

We will explain all our services in detail and answer any questions you may have. We will also collect the information on caring for your pets and home.

The Peaks Pet Nanny Service Includes:

~ Litter Box Cleaning & Proper Waste Removal

~ "Report Cards" for Vacation Care Clients & "Doggy Journals" for Daily Clients: a detailed overview of your pet's activities & behavior.

~ E-mail & telephone updates are also available for clients who are away from home.

~ Home Care Services: Plant Watering, "Fetching" the Newspaper & Mail, Adjusting Curtains or Blinds.

~ Other Pet Care & Home Services - Per the Owner's Specifications. Just Ask!

The Peaks Pet Nanny Donates a Portion of Proceeds to The Humane Society, the ASPCA and Local Rescue Groups

Great for pet parents who work long hours! Daily walks promote better health and behavior & prevents boredom. Only dogs from the same household are walked together to ensure our "furry clients" receive personal attention. Our visits are based upon the owner's specifications & are normally 1/2 hour.

Vacation Care for Cats
No transporting or boarding! Cats and kittens are very territorial and like to be home! A Pet Nanny will visit your home to care, comfort & play with your kitty. During each visit we will feed, provide fresh water and clean the litter box.

A preferred alternative to the stress of kennels & "pet hotels." Your furry best friend can relax in their own environment & feel secure with their own routine. Your pet(s) will receive an early morning visit (7- 9 am), late afternoon (2 - 5 pm) and a bedtime visit (8 - 10 pm) from a loving Pet Nanny.

4 visits per day
Four visits are wonderful for puppies, older dogs, or dogs crated when home alone. Your furry best friend(s) will receive an early morning visit, lunchtime visit, dinnertime visit & a bedtime visit. Visits are generally 1/2 hour each. If a visit requires extra time - unlike other services, we do not charge extra and stay until all pets have been cared for properly.

Vacation Care for Small Pets
Keep your small animals safe and sound at home! Your small furry pets will receive attention and care from a responsible Pet Nanny. Feeding, fresh water and cage cleaning is included.

Overnight Care
A slumber party for your pets! Our Pet Nanny will stay overnight in your home to keep your pets company the entire night. Our overnight care is especially nice for dogs or pets with special needs. Typical overnight visits are normally 12 hours and are based upon the owner's specifications. Any additional visits are added on at the regular price. Overnight pet care is available on a limited basis and we highly recommend booking this service in advance so we can clear it with the pet nanny's schedule.

Home Care Only
Home & Security Care while you are away. We are happy to bring in the mail, newspapers, deliveries, check for frozen pipes and take out the trash. Our security checks provides owners with peace of mind knowing their home & property are being cared for while away.

Holidays & Weekends

During the holidays & weekends, excellent pet care is in high demand & our pet nannies are booked in advance.

As a result of the limited number of clients that the Peaks Pet Nanny can properly service, the following additional charges apply:

Weekend Fees: $5 per visit Holiday Fees: $10 per visit

Holidays Include:

New Year's Eve, New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
