Getting started is simple. Please complete our New Client Form with details about your pets and your needs. We’ll follow up with a personal call to connect, review everything together, and answer any questions.

From there, we’ll arrange an in-home Meet & Greet with a Peaks Pet Nanny, which is included with booked services.

Please allow a few days for scheduling, as getting started is simple, but coordinating schedules for a meet & greet can take a few days.

Our Story & Inspiration

The Peaks Pet Nanny was born out of real-life necessity. Years ago, Gina found herself leaving her office in Parsippany and driving back to Lake Hopatcong during lunch breaks to walk her beloved Golden Retriever, then turning right back around to head back to work again because dependable pet care was surprisingly hard to find.

That experience inspired the creation of The Peaks Pet Nanny in 2004. Over the last 21 years, it has been carefully cultivated into a trusted family business and a team of kind and dependable fellow pet parents who genuinely love animals and enjoy helping people.

What makes our approach different is that the office is personally run by owners Gina and Patric, helping clients with scheduling, communication, and ongoing support, while many of our Pet Nannies, who have been with us for years, provide dependable and consistent care that helps pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved in their own home.

New clients begin by completing a brief form, followed by a call with our office to learn more about your needs, answer questions, and ensure we are the right fit for your family. From there, we carefully match you with the right Pet Nanny and schedule a meet and greet, included with booked services, so everything feels comfortable and familiar before care begins.

With a personalized plan, dependable communication, and consistent care, you can relax knowing your pets and home are in caring, capable hands.
