Pet Nanny Since July 2018

Donna has always been a huge animal lover. She worked in the corporate world for 10 years, however, she found it unfulfilling and longed to do something more meaningful. Donna developed a passion for animal welfare after watching the tv series “Animal Cops”. The show tugged strongly at her heart and as a result, she left corporate and became certified in both Animal Control and Animal Cruelty Investigation. Donna worked in Animal Control for several years, which involved rescuing animals in precarious situations and working with people in the community to educate them about animal welfare and promote responsible pet ownership. After many years as an ACO, she began working with rescue animals in a shelter environment, which she also finds very rewarding. Donna has also taken Canine First Aid classes and has experience giving insulin shots and trimming nails as well. Donna is committed to providing her clients’ pets with the same loving care she gives her own pets.  Donna lives in Flanders with her husband of 30 years, their 20-year-old son, 17-year-old daughter, and her three fur kids.
